As far as I can tell, all he needed was for some stats to be programed. Otherwise, he had complete animations and voicelines.

P.S. I thought he could be like Skeleton. To play as him, you would have to get to Y.V.'s crib, and then press E on him, and you will swap to him. Also, maybe when you reach Level Ultra, you will be transported to the crib first, then pick your Ultra. This way, you can pick YC's Ultra if you want to.
