Looking for items that make up a certain synergy

So I picked up Missingno during a game breaking run. And at the final floor, it gave me a set of items that resulted in one of the most fun experiences I've ever had playing Isaac. The problem is that I had too many items to figure out which ones made up the synergy itself. I'd like to figure out what they were so I can replicate it, maybe to mod it into a challenge...or at least for peace of mind.

The fire button would immediately trigger a fan of explosions directly in front of my face, launching me backwards across the length of the room. (The explosions didn't damage me, but that might have been Pyromaniac.) I called it the Face Fuck.

I know it involves Dr. Fetus and the Inner Eye, but I don't know what item could cause the bombs to explode immediately. Any help is appreciated!
