[DIPLOMACY]Alexander the Liberator-class Carrier

As reported by numerous defensive experts, Russian design bureaus have been working on a new carrier to expand and greatly intensify the ability of the Russian Navy.

Today, friends, I am proud to announce that we have completed design work on our newest type of aircraft carrying vessel, named after Imperator Vserossiyskiy Aleksandr Osvoboditel, one of our greatest monarchs.

We intend to begin construction of this ship by 2019. We endevour to assemble it in the St. Petersburg Shipyard, however it will be constructed in a modular fashion in accordance with the current Western trend. In an effort to boost relations between our two nations, and help the Ukrainian economy, we would ask the Black Sea Shipyard to enter into a contract with our government to construct one of these modules.

The full specifications for the model would be released to the company should the contract be accepted - however we can confirm that the carrier will be a Nimitz-sized vessel.
