Pros/Cons - Lushen vs. Trevor Hell Farmer

I've been running a 50 second Aiden Hell with my first Lushen, but I pulled a Trevor yesterday and now I'm conflicted. I think Trevor, with my vamp runes, could push a sub 2 minute Chiruka Hell, but do you think it's worth it to switch?

I would like to put my primary Lushen on something other than vamp runes so I can use him more effectively in other areas, as well as possibly 6'ing my 2nd Lushen for arena, etc.

Is the sacrifice in farming time/exp worth the value of having my Lushens perform other functions? What would you do? Thx everyone.
