Printing speed

Im new to the printing business. Im actualy still trying to get my bed leveled off. But I cant seem to do that as Im having an issue with my filament not sticking to the bed. Im wondering if I need to maybe step up the amount thats being extruded? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
