Are Legends Badges a good investment right now?

With the legends badges going for low prices on the AH, are they a good investment to buy up? I am sitting on 500k and am wondering if I should buy up the 15-17k badges to resell when/if the market goes back up on them? Or will the market ever go back to them being 25k+?
