Talk me into help! Which of these high end products are worth buying? (Burberry, YSL, Hourglass, Charlotte Tilbury)

I'm slowly finishing up my makeup collection and wanted some feedback on some products I am eyeing. I might amass these over time after I hit my budgeting goals, but I'd like to prioritize what to get.

I'm specifically looking for talk me intos for the following, and maybe some advice on which was more impactful on their makeup routine overall:

• Burberry Pale Barley, Shell, and/or a quad Eyeshadow (I love washes of color, but I'm not sure if I should just get a couple of colors that I absolutely love or a Burberry quad that has somewhat similar colors. I'm specifically eyeing Pale Barley...sigh I wish Burberry would make a mini customizable palette)
• YSL Touché Eclat - currently using NARS RCC but people have been raving about this so...
• YSL Tint in Oil (or Lip Stain? Not sure what the difference is here) v. Clinique Lovely Honey v. Bite Beauty tinted lip balms. I have the Dior Lip Glow, Laura Mercier Paintwash, and some liquid lips.
• Hourglass Products (I would have liked to get the ambient lighting edit palette, but I'm not quite too keen on putting down $80 yet with all of these other considerations. And Im thinking why get one $40 powder?)
• Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar

Edit: Thanks u/pavarotten! I picked up a deluxe sample of the tint off EBay so hopefully it's legit and gives me an idea of what it's like. No need for me to get the full size for now anyways. I decided to place the Touché Eclat as last priority and now I'm eyeing a Burberry palette along with pale barley (not sure if I should destash my Lorac one though)
