[DIPLOMACY]Vietnam to discuss things with Laos

Recently, Laos has been drifting away from Vietnam to Thailand and China. However, Vietnam hopes that we can return to being closer politically and economically. Vietnam therefore proposes the Indochinese economic area, in which there will be free trade between the two countries, and Laos can trade significant amounts through Vietnam. Another thing we propose is the establishment of military co operation, to protect communism and Southeast Asia from their enemies, to protect our trade and our nations. Thirdly, we also propose free movement of peoples between Vietnam and Laos, to benefit our nations and the region. We hope the Lao leaders support our proposals and agree to these proposals.
