Tip for transferring gear from settlement attackers to settlers (console)

I used to take gear from attackers, then talk to settlers and transfer the gear one item at a time.

This is faster:

1. Open console

2. Click on an under-geared settler

3. type "setcommandstate 1" (without quotes) -- this will allow you to sorta control settlers the way you would a companion

4. Once the moving arrow crosshairs appear, tell the settler to take the dead attacker's stuff by targeting the dead body (E) (the overlay should say "inspect [name]")

You still have to talk to the settler to tell them to put on the stuff he grabbed, but at least you don't have to rummage through your inventory. Hopefully Bethesda makes this process automatic in the future
