Kind of getting obsessed with self imposed challenges and charity runs in anticipation of my first fiesta, are there any others?

I've been looking around, unfortunately the FFT 5 job fiesta seems a bit rough around the edges.

There are FF6 challenge runs but they don't seem particularly interesting.

Spanning outward, I'm having a hard time finding either specified charity runs (not just generic "gonna play games for x hours"), or interesting challenge runs that aren't just on par of a natural run (that is to say more boring than interesting)

Anyone know of any other places to look into to get deeper into this?
