[Build Ready] First build ready (900+ CAD). Need help deciding if these parts are the right fit for me.

Ill mostly be gaming. Specifically I'm hoping to play fallout 4 and skyrim with at least decent frame rate/resolution. My budget is about $1000 (not including the keyboard/monitor) Im in canada BTW, so stuffs a bit more expensive. Im just wondering if these parts are compatible, and if there is a better build out there with a greater performance/price ratio.
