A walk-tracking app suggesting new routes based on collected/user-generated data

Hi r/ios!

I use Strava to track my cycling. There is a nice feature called "Segments" that shows me some popular routes in a given city. The more people ride the same route, the more "popular" it's segment gets.

But from what I understand, Strava is more of a sports-oriented app: when I go to it's "Segment explorer", the only "Activity types" I can filter by are "Cycling" and "Running". I know I can try to use "running", but that'd be a completely different activity. And there's also that competition aspect built-in which I don't think would apply when just walking.

So is there something similar, but for walking? Exploring a new city, discovering places to see or cafés to stop by. It'd be something not only tracking my walks, but on top of that it'll also analyze the data collected from all previous users to highlight and suggest the most popular walking routes.

Thank you!

TL;DR Is there an app that shows where everyone else walks in a given city?
