Take away time restrictions for posting comments when those comments are responses to other comments the person has made.

I'm engaged in two debates on reddit right now.

There are a large number of people engaging with me.

It's difficult to respond to them all when I have to wait for 10 minutes each time because "i've been doing that too much"

If people are responding to you, you are eliciting thought and engagement. Trolls get ignored already.

If people are responding to you, you should be allowed to respond to them.
