Anyone(USA I think) try the GTA Liberty City Stories On sale?

I know they pulled it for a while, and now it's back, in a smaller download size.

I notice, that the Vice City Stories, is listed as a PSP game, while Liberty City Stories is not listed as a psp game.

Is the sale GTA LCS any different?

I'm considering getting it, but I don't want it if it's just a copy of the psp version with no right analog usage.
