New Cassie and Jacqui Unlocks

I was wondering if anyone has unlocked these two yet and if so, what are the requirements to get them. I've looked on the Console to Mobile and Mobile to Console Unlocks section of the game, and I don't see anything there about them. Have they been released yet? If so, what do I have to do to get them?
