How can I create a brazilian jiu jitsu dojo?

I have never practiced any martial arts, but I am seriously attracted to BJJ. And I live in Africa where it is barely develloped. I want to learn and give the chance to others to learn and develop their body as much as their spirit. I really think that we need it here.
