[KoTOR 1] What are the exact triggers for the Calo Nord/Darth Bandon fights?

EDIT: Conditions provided by u/jerryrice88 added.

I realize Calo is fought on the first planet, and Bandon on the third planet. I'm not talking about those conditions.

There's a point in the modules where you fight them where they'll spawn. Specifically...

• Tatooine: Right outside the Krayt Dragon cave.

• Trigger: You encounter Calo/Bandon when you leave the Krayt Dragon cave. You don't need to pick up the Star Map to encounter them.

• Kashyyyk: In the Shadowlands, near the elevator that leads you up near the treetops again.

• Trigger: You encounter Calo/Bandon when you take the elevator down to the shadowlands. You don't need the star map to trigger them.

• Manaan: The hallway in Hrakert Station, leading to the sub to the surface.

• Trigger: ??? (I'm not exactly sure if I was able to go back to the surface without triggering Calo/Bandon. This could be tied to whether or not you get to the other side of the station - or deal with the Progenitor, one way or another. Star Map activation may or may not be required for this.)

• Korriban: In the Valley of the Dark Lords, in the canyon leading to the academy.

• Trigger: You encounter Calo/Bandon when you leave the academy toward the Valley of the Dark Lords. You get it when heading toward the Valley, not when returning.

Now the question is where exactly on Manaan (specifically Hrakert Station) is the Calo/Bandon fight triggered? All other trigger locations have been satisfyingly located.
