Would you be for or against: Having the staircase always open at Travincal council?

NOTE: I do not know how easy/hard/possible this change is. I just need to know if you guys would support this change or not before I learn map editing and try it.

This change would allow you to skip the Act3 questing (but still require you to run through all the zones) at the start of a new ladder.

And this change would have no effect after a few days of ladder has past since you can just ask a buddy to give you waypoints.

That being said; it would mean there is never a reason to collect organs and some of you may feel that such a change would feel wrong.
