Best day of the week to sell raid food?

I've never been much of a raider, so I don't feel like I have the background knowledge to answer this myself. I've been looking at the TUJ weekly graphs, but still not sure what the answer to this is. When do guilds usually buy food for their raids? There may not be any daily difference at all but just wanted to check your observations.

Thanks!
