Mann Center on-sale question

So I am off from work Thursday/Friday so I'm wondering if I should wait in line at the Mann center to try and get tickets when they go on sale or if I will have better luck going through TM. Never been to a venue in person to buy tickets so just looking for some advice.

Thanks phriends
