Car down payment and sales fee question.

Alright so today I financed a car under the assumption that they handled the registration process. But they asked if I wanted to do it or they do it. So about a 10 minutes prior before I asked, I already gave them $1500 down plus whatever my trade in is (total loan is $9800 if that helps). The fees all together for their registration is $565. They said they said to come by on Monday. Will I be able to take it home that day or should I do. It was bought and payed for in Massachusetts and will be registered there. The receipt says played $1500 and owed the $565.
