Anyone know where to get good fish ceviche around here?

Been looking for a good fish ceviche place around the area since I moved down here almost a year ago without much luck. There was a great place to get it not far from Blue Back in WeHa, where I lived before. Rubamba occasionally has it, but it's kind of small and expensive for what you get. Most other places seem to have just the shrimp ceviche instead, which I just don't prefer. Anyone know where they're hiding this stuff around here? Bonus points to those who can recommend a spot for good fish tacos as well!
