How do you record/learn from your mistakes? Instagram?

Hey all, I recently started taking up swing trading as a hobby and thought it would be a good idea for me to record my mistakes through Instagram and share them with the world. I'm also curious as how you record transactions and mistakes if you swing trade? I work a day job and so it's hard sometimes to have time to track trades on Excel, other suggestions?
