Looking for a recipe but Ukrainian garlic sausage (?)

Growing up I loved stawnichys sausage and only knew it as garlic sausage. This might be a regional thing and maybe not many will know what I am looking for but I thought its worth a shot. I have search out for recipes and only find things like smoked kielbasa .. The texture inside seems to be right. The color is off and the outside isn't wrinkly like what I am thinking.. Any thoughts on this? I guess I could just give it a shot and worst case scenario I have sausage to eat and find another recipe.
