How do I get discounted items on amazon for my "Honest Review"?

I don't know if anyone else here buys a lot of stuff on Amazon, but I've noticed a LOT recently that like over half of the items I look at now are completely flooded with reviews that in the end state something along the lines of "I received this item at a discounted price for my honest review".

Personally, I really hate this because how do I really know if they are honest reviews? But then I thought, how do I get these discounted items? I'm all for saving money!

So does anyone know how?
