Really strange idea for a deck i want to pull off.

So the idea is to have Memnarch as my commander. Make around 80 cards in the deck either land or 0-2 mana rocks that will allow me to ramp faster than everyone else. In theory I can dump my hand turn 1 or turn 2. And turn 2 I play memnarch. On turn 3 I start stealing land from my opponents. Other cards in the deck would be stuff like bribery, blatant thievery, treachery etc. and some other fun stuff in order to win.

I know this is really weird and it might make people hate me if it works. But I really want to try it.
