What are some of your favorite or least favorite species in Star Wars and why?

One of the things I love about Star Wars are the huge amount of diverse species. Rodians, Ithorians, Bith, Arcona, Trandoshans, Wookies, Devaronians, Verpine, Kel'dor, Sullustans, Talz, Quarren, Mon Cal, Chiss, Dugs, Duros, Gand. I could go on and on. I love all of their more or less unique designs, as well as their histories.

I thought it'd be cool to see everyone else's favorite or least favorite species.
