Wifi Tampering Detected?

Every time I try to turn off the wifi on my SP3, a blue screen pops up that says Wifi Tampering Detected, Turn on the Wifi Radio. This is followed by a countdown from 10 that returns me to the screen. However, the alert pops up after a few seconds and the entire thing starts over. Anyone know why this is or how to prevent this from happening?
