Character made a while ago is gone?

So I recently decided to give the game a try again as I've been looking for something to fill my time and heard good things about how WildStar has evolved.

So I reinstalled, started it up and cannot see the old character I made a while ago.

The game says that I still have this character, but when I log into the server it says: "No Characters Found!".

I have screenshots that prove this here

Now I of course checked the PvE server but it wasn't there as well, not that it should be.

Now this isn't the biggest deal as it wasn't the highest level or had any crazy items but I would at least be able to remove it from my list due to my OCD seeing it there every time I log on.

I was wondering if anyone knows about this and can lend some insight as to what is going on or how to remedy it.

Thanks in advance.
