No video after GPU r&i and memory add.

I bought a new graphics card and an additional stick of ram. After removing the GPU (r7 240) and beginning installation of the new card (r9 390) I realized I had completely overlooked the need of a larger power supply (I know, dumb me). I reinstalled the original card and reassembled. No video. I tried all three connections with no luck and with no on board graphics, there aren't any more options.
