[DIPLOMACY] [SECRET] Talks with Kashmir
The Federation of India is willing to sign a stand still agreement with the Maharaja of Kashmir and Jammu. Under this agreement, the state of Kashmir and Jammu would remain at a standstill on the ascension scale, at least with India. At that time, Kashmir will operate as it has, independently for at least a period of half a decade, whereupon the agreement shall either be extended or renegotiated.
During this time, India shall accept the temporary independence of Kashmir, and also wishes to sign a separate treaty on the defence of Kashmir should Kashmir be attacked by Pakistan or Iran, both of which seem eager to take hold of it.
If accepted, the stand still agreement shall become public, while the treaty of defence shall remain private and secret.
