Some electronics questions from a first timer with a specific goal in mind.

Background: Hello, I'm new to the hobby but have invested time into researching it, and have a basic idea of the brands, electronics, and set ups. I have an UltraSabers Aeon v4 grab bag saber in blue. After playing with the stunt saber I will admit that it is cool as hell, but not as bright because of the single led and AAA battery setup.

Goal: My goal in my first saber project is to gut the US saber and rewire it using a custom tri-cree b/b/b and Li-on battery setup. I haven't seen many setups using all LEDS in series and I want to ensure I can pull it off the right way.

Issue: So to sum up, I'm trying to build a hyper bright stunt saber using a Tri-Cree B/B/B LED and Li-on battery. Here's where I need help. I have no knowledge electrical wiring and because this type of LED requires a driver I'm super lost on that front.

Request: Could someone explain (or point me in the right direction) the process of wiring a setup like mentioned above? And would you recommend a modular wiring system or no? And finally, would a Tri-Cree B/B/B setup provide a movie quality blue? If not what will? Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for any help you can send my way.
