COV mini volt leaking problems
I recently went out and bought the mini volt by COV and it has been nothing but problems for me. The first day it worked great at any wattage, no problems at all. I let it sit overnight to charge then when I picked it up the next morning it started leaking when I was hitting it. To the point that the juice was literally flowing out of the vent holes. I ended up swapping coils and cleaned everything to see if that was the problem. It helped at first but then the juice started flowing out the vent holes again. So I took the device into the shop where I bought it from and they weren't really helpful, almost as if he didn't believe me that it was leaking this bad. Anyway, he told me to try turning up the wattage to the max to make sure it's burning off all the juice when I hit it. This seemed to help but if I hit the vape even three times in close succession it starts flowing out the vent holes even worse than before. I've only had the mini volt for 4 days now and it's been really frustrating. Is it possible that I just have a faulty device? Is it possible that I'm doing something wrong? I really do like the device as a whole but the constant leaking is driving me crazy. Should I try returning it or exchanging it for another? I'd just really like some advice on how to handle this situation.
edit: Sorry, the atomizer that came in the kit is what's leaking. the one in this picture: http://image.dhgate.com/0x0/f2/albu/g1/M00/24/11/rBVaGFZ6WsSAZkPlAAB_23Pm5Hk924.jpg
edit: The problem was possibly with the juice I'm using. It's a 50/50 mix and a better ratio would be 70vg/30pg. Gonna take it into the shop tomorrow and try that.
Edit: It started working fine now and i made two changes. I started using 70vg/30pg juice and I switched from an 0.8 ohm coil to a 0.2 ohm coil. I hope this helps.
