Is it OK to offer up-sells to a guest's stay? We are in wine country and want to have a wine list so they can purchase a bottle without going to the store, and even offering something like wine shipping. Is this allowed? Do any of you fine hosts do something like this?

Legal issues aside (we don't have a wine/beer license), would it be OK to offer up-sells and advertise them in our listing? We already provide a complimentary bottle of wine when they arrive, but given our target guest's demographic, we simply can't be giving out the $50 bottles of wine they are most likely interested in. I think it would be a nice offering, even if we don't make money off of it.

We are also considering having kayaks available for use, but want to charge people to use them, instead of them being included in the cost of the rental. In my limited time researching other listings, I haven't seen this yet.

Thanks in advance!
