Ultimate PID?

After upgrading from Win7 Pro to Win10 Pro I used Ultimate PID to get the Win10 key. It was different from the original Win7 so naturally I assumed it's right.

But when going to do a fresh install of Win10 I get a message saying invalid key. Any input on this matter?
