What are some fun/helpful/fulfilling skills or activites a person can develop with a small amount of practice every day?

Usually when I take a 10-15 minutes break from studying, I just dick around on the internet.

Im trying to get away from that, so I'm looking to fill that time with something meaningful.

Here are some of the guidelines Im working with;

  • it has to be the kind of thing that (usually) doesn't feel like work. Since I'm doing this during study breaks, practising something difficult won't leave me feeling very refreshed for when I return to studying. So something of low to moderate effort is what Im looking for.

  • It has to add over all value to my life, whether that be something tangible like a new skill, or something intangible like feeling happier. So ideally It wouldnt be something like video games.

  • It can't require much time. Like I said, Ill be doing it during 10-15 minute breaks. So something that can be developed in just 10-15 minutes a couple times a day would be best.

Any suggestions are welcome!

Oh. And I already meditate for about 20 minutes a day. So that one is covered.
