[Seeking] Dog-friendly room anywhere in SF or Oakland, up to $1800

Hi there!

My name is Tom Lagier, I’m 26 years old moving up to the city in early/mid March to work for a tech company downtown. I’m a front-end engineer and will be making a competitive tech salary, so that should be plenty to cover rent.

I’ve got a 50 lb neutered black lab named Bandit who is super clean, quiet, and friendly. He does like to beg at the table a bit but I promise you he’s a sweet and well-behaved gentleman.

I like to run, hike, and surf and plan on spending a lot of time outside the apartment exploring the city. I do love to cook and would be bringing plenty of fun tools to make delicious meals. I’m clean and quiet, but like to socialize a few nights a week. In general I stick to a pretty standard 7:30 to 11:30 schedule, with a little flexibility on the weekends. I don’t like parties but I do like to spend good time talking and socializing. I also spend a decent amount of time reading and working on personal projects on the computer.
