ELI5: How to find a degree 4 polynomial with its factors.

Explained

I feel like it should be FOIL both sets, then distribute each part of the first FOILed out degree 2 polynomial. But I don't know. I am trying to get the polynomial for (x+3)(x+2)(x-4)(x-5). When I did it, I got x^4 -4x^3 -19x^2 +46x +20.

But it says I'm wrong. What the hell am I doing wrong?!?!?!
