My kitten is blind and wants to play.

Charles will be 1 on May 9. He became blind after going into cardiac arrest during his neutering surgery. Turns out he has a heart condition. He has his hearing back, but still blind. He's very energetic, and he's gotten used to the layout of the house. We're just not entirely sure how we can play with him. He chases us around the house when we drag our feet, but surely there are other methods of playing?
