Does Azamax harm seedlings?

I can't find info on whether or not Azamax is too strong for seedlings. I've got a greenhouse full of tiny starts that need some help against fungus gnats. Anyone use Azamax on seedlings (and perhaps on non-cannabis seedlings)??
