I went indoor skydiving yesterday and my entire body hurts! Help!

So I sucked at it, and after I was done I was fine, then I woke up next day (today) and now my entire body hurts specifically my torso it hurts to preform the simplest action, the pain is so deep the soothing jelly had no effect. Any help is good help!
