Who would win: a top 5 UFC fighter or 5 average Joe's?

No weapons, but any form of fighting is fine. No "below the belt" rules and pretty much anything goes. This takes place in a high school gymnasium that is locked from the outside so that no one can leave. That's pretty much the only rules.
