Does the Subaru Ambassador coupon work for Canadians?

Hi guys, long time lurker here but decided to start posting as I will hopefully be putting in an order for my first Subaru (WRX) within the upcoming weeks and plan on joining the club! As per the title, does the coupon work for Canadians? From my understanding the Subaru Ambassador program seems to be an SOA thing so I'm not too sure. I suppose as a follow-up question: is there anything similar for Canadians to get a discount of a similar nature?
