I hope the rift/vive launch doesn't turn into the PS One/Sega Saturn launch all over again.

I remember wanting both systems so bad but couldn't play either yet. They were both as lot of money at the time so I could only choose one. Well I chose the play station even though friends tried telling me it wouldn't be as good as the Saturn. Well, once I had my PlayStation I knew I made the right choice after playing my friends Saturn. What sucked for my friend was he knew he made the wrong choice after playing my PS One and wished he got it. So you get where I'm going with this. We are all making that big decision all over again with big money on the line. I just hope it's not like that generation all over again and one side isn't that much greater than the other in terms of quality in the experience. $600+ is a lot of money to spend just to say "well I had a 50/50 shot...and I chose wrong"....
