[Help] Can you give me your opinion about my init.vim?

Can you give me your opinion about my init.vim/.nvim.rc? Even though I've been using vim/neovim for couple of years I consider myself a newbie. If you can help me to improve my setup I'll appreciate it. Thank you :)
