2mg clonazolam in one day

So I've been sick as shit with the flu or a nasty cold or something. I was feverish as shit so I knocked back a few ibuprofen with about a milligram of clonazlam to just sleep the day off. I woke up around 3 and took about another milligram. How many days you think I'll be fucked up? I know I was irresponsible, I just didn't want to feel sick. How long should I wait before I dose with my RX clonazepam? I'm assuming a couple of days at least.

Please, I don't need a verbal lashing, it won't change what I did.

At least I have some heroin now, too... This sickness is fucking evil and virulent as hell. I just want to sleep until I recover.
