Make Sense...NOT!

I'm more than ANGRY right now...so please forgive my emotions. I can bet you that Jury didn't see the real Modeling which has been done with yours and my money (yes, with 'taxpayers' money!) by TRU - Technical Reconstruction Unit. Jury probably see the pictures/Exhibits but not the real Model!

I've been emphasizing many times on this side that photos are very deceiving due to the camera's lens focus and perspective views of object it makes. The only true way to see the object/building/property is to go there and stay close to what you want to see. Or better way, to have the 'floor plan'...or the BEST way to have the MODEL, 3-D presentation that will not lie to you.

Q. As you were looking out the window, you said that you saw a woman taking pictures. Can you describe that please?

A. Well, I seen her take one picture of the front of the van. Then I went in and took a shower.

Q. Okay. After seeing her taking some pictures, did you see her do anything else?

A. She started-- Before I got in the shower, she actually started walking over to Steven's trailer.

Q. You could see that from your location?

A. Yeah. Through the window, yeah.

Q. You said, "walking toward Steven's trailer,,. what does that mean?

A. She walked toward it, to the door.

Q. How close to the door did she get, before you stopped watching?

A. Maybe 25 yards.

Yellow lines are paths from Barb's van toward SA trailer's door and Bobby's door. The red spot indicated where Bobby saw TH last time (75' feet away from SA trailer) or 120' away from his window - purple line (and I have no idea which window is his kitchen window but for the purpose of this post - I decided to use the closest window, indicating this measure as 'b 120'). So far so good?

Now, PLEASE look closely to the distance between Bobby house to the SA pit, another purple line marked 'b 106'.

Now you understand why I'm so angry? SA pit is so freaking close to Barb's house that NO WAY her brother and her son will burn body next to her backyard!!!!

Why in hell Jury didn't see that?!!!...

Just found another slide with true dimension of 236' instead of 212' (another proof that you need to look not on picture which was made in angle view! You need 'flat floor plan' plus Model.
