Beginner stretching need help.

Okay so,I know you shouldnt use acrylic but i already bought them ill be new ones in a few weeks i bought a pack of tunnles an tapers from 14g -00g im at a 18g because i have normal piercings.Also i got them pierced around a year ago an still havent changed the earring i tried i couldnt find the backwhole an ended up making my ears bleed but the earrings i got pierced with worked can anyone help me? I also bought stretching oil online
