McGrittyLT
So My teenage HS years and early college years I worked at a particular fast food restraunt that you can very easily guess what it was. Most of the crew and management got along, light hearted work environment and we lived for the rushes, we had our normal, and we had our greyhound bus schedule too. As normal we had one particularly bad apple manger whom EVERYONE hated. She was mean, degrading, hateful, micromanaging human sack of shit. Fired more people than anyone else that I knew. got in trouble for it too. She single handedly had whole entire shifts of employees walk out on her In the middle of a bus rush more than once...Literally left in the store, the only employee. For some reason she trusted me and no one else to fix her food on break. We were the late shift so you know the floors... they were pretty nasty on the back line. Well the McDLT was a thing when I worked there, hot side hot, cool sid cool. I would lightly "butter the bun straight out of the grease trap (yes they dry toated their buns but she wanted hers grilled, imagine that) and grilled it for her. She liked her meat well done so, Id cook it, timer would go off, Id through it on the floor and literally step on it, top and bottom, scrape it it up and give it that crunchy well done texture she loved. The "L" and the "T" usually went on the floor when I started making her special sandwich and went straight from there to the bun. The funny thing was EVERY time I fixed her special sandwich I'd get the same compliment.... I cooked the best burger she ever ate. Sad part is this probably at a minimum should have made her sick and more likely killed her, I think it probably made her evil ass more immune to attack.
