[TOMT][Music]

Song i heard playing on the radio at a bar. Too much background noise for pandora to pick up. It was on the slower side (100-120BPM would be my guess). Rather than chords the background appeared to be an arpeggio, played by a string instrument (as in violin, not a guitar) if i had to guess but it's possible i couldn't hear. Definitely had a bit of groove to it, but it wasn't funk or swing. Male Vocals. Sounded on the lower end. Anyone have any ideas? I couldn't make out any of the lyrics, but i really loved how it sounded.
